jAtlas is a personal application used by a single person (its owner) to manage their own information. It is not offered to the public.

What it accesses

With the owner's explicit consent, jAtlas has read-only access to the owner's own Gmail account (the gmail.readonly permission). It cannot send, modify, label or delete email.

What it stores

For each email thread, jAtlas stores only the subject, date, a short snippet (at most 500 characters), the thread identifier and a link to a matching contact. It does not store full message bodies or attachments. Data is kept in a private database accessible only to the owner.

How it is used

The data is used only so the owner can search and review their own correspondence alongside their tasks and contacts. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Retention and revocation

The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and can delete stored records at any time.

Google API Services

jAtlas's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
